Warlords
"This game allows you to play two different versions of the Atari arcade classic, Warlords."
This game allows you to play two different versions of the Atari arcade classic, Warlords. One faithfully emulates the four-player cocktail cabinet version, complete with cabinet art and buttons framing the action. The second version, "Warlords Updated," offers 32-bit graphics with themes that advance through time as you advance through levels. The sound is improved, background music is offered, and a floating power-up with thirteen different effects -- both helpful and hindering -- provides an alternative target. Network play is supported, where in the classic version multiplayer means sharing the same keyboard. Also available through Atari Revival.
Released 31 December 2002 for PC (Microsoft Windows) by Creature Labs. Rated E by ESRB.
