Mind Quiz

Mind Quiz is a brain-training game several mini-games divided into four categories: Calculation, Reflex, Judgment, and Memory. Players take a Brain Age Test, receive a grade from A+ to E, and can track progress through training and challenge modes, with results shown as percentages and letter grades.

Released 14 September 2006 for Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable by Sega, published by Ubisoft Entertainment. Rated E by ESRB.
