Battlefield 6 is a first-person shooter featuring a single-player campaign and team-based online multiplayer. Players fight as infantry or operate military vehicles across large-scale battlefields, using class-based squad roles, environmental destruction, and a range of weapons and equipment. The game also includes Battlefield Portal, a toolset for creating and sharing custom multiplayer experiences.

Story
The story of Battlefield 6 is set in 2027, where the collapse of NATO has led to the rise of a powerful private military corporation called Pax Armata. Players join the elite U.S. Marine Raiders unit, Dagger 1-3, as they fight against Pax Armata forces to prevent a new global conflict. The campaign spans multiple locations, uncovering a conspiracy while battling the corporation's destabilizing influence on the world.
