Wildman, Inc is the developer and publisher of Panzer Dragoon Voyage Record. Founded by Haruto Watanabe, the company will be publishing the game rather than Sega. This is because Watanabe feared that if Sega invested money into the game and sales did not meet expectations, the Panzer Dragoon franchise would be damaged.
