Cat's Eye Studio is a 12-person independent studio based in Woodinville, WA. It was founded in 2025 by Patrick Wilkinson, a 35-year industry veteran and co-creator of the original Ski Resort Tycoon, and his son Maverick, a recent game design graduate. The team pairs students breaking into the industry with recently laid-off veterans, and Powder Park is its first title.
